Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Health, pursuant to subsection 30(1) footnotea of the Food and Drugs Act footnoteb, makes the annexed Regulations Amending the Food and Drug Regulations (Beer).

ngoing monitoring of the beer industry includes inspection and complaint follow-up of domestic and imported beers in the marketplace. Operational procedures will be amended to include verification of the new labelling and compositional requirements.
